It’s amazing how we can perceive time in different ways. Often when we look back on an event, it can feel like it happened just recently, while other times, it seems like an eternity has passed. For instance, it seems like only yesterday that KYKLO’s leadership team chose the best location for KYKLO’s North American Office. It might have been a split second ago that Ryan Frances, KYKLO’s Managing Director, was sitting alone in an empty space in Buffalo visualizing the office layout. At the same time, this happened a Global Pandemic, a hundred government lockdowns, and a few million Covid quarantines ago.

Suffice it to say, this is an interesting anniversary. Let’s do some reminiscing.   Just over two years ago Ryan was as lonely as the Maytag Repairman. That was about to change.

In July 2020, KYKLO welcomed our first group of four US-based employees. As of today, that number has grown to 14. This team covers sales, business development, marketing, customer success, and back-office support. By the end of this year, we will exceed 18 US employees with additional spots filled in partnership development, product management, and implementation.

Over those same two years, our technical team has been busy – very busy. We have added or updated exactly 2,496,028 product files. Thanks to the Thailand team for providing us with a precise number.

We have added these key new suppliers to our library in the past two years: Parker, Bimba, Emerson, Kollmorgen, Norgren, Saginaw, SMC, Swivellink, TE Connectivity, and Tolomatic.

This isn’t really about KYKLO

While we are happy to be growing and in our cool space in Buffalo, this isn’t about celebrating KYKLO. This is about honoring the friends and clients we have made since we launched in North America. It’s about the pride we have in being able to serve you and serve you better. And it’s a celebration of our success together.
